Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive in damaged condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We require proof of the damage (such as a photo) to ensure a smooth process. Once your return is approved and the item is received, a refund will be processed, typically within 7 business days.
Please note that returns initiated after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
